Zulmarie underwater maternity portraits in a cenote

A few weeks before the birth of their daughter, I brought Zulmarie (and Tim, her husband) to a cenote on the Mayan Riviera to take these sublime aquatic portraits of her motherhood.
We began by taking a few photos with her head above water, before diving into the clear cenote water. Of course, as time went by, she was gradually able to relax and get comfortable underwater, so it was towards the end that we got the most beautiful images of her maternity.
